Desire: The Carl Craig Story – Documentary, Music, Biography by Jean-Cosme Delaloye

New York – Primafila Correspondent Jean-Cosme Delaloye celebrates the premiere of his new documentary “Desire: The Carl Craig Story” at the renowned Tribecca Film Festival in New York in June.

At once a portrait of techno producer Carl Craig and a love letter to his city of Detroit, Desire: The Carl Craig Story lays out the vast backdrop of artists and venues who played a part in the rise of Craig’s massive, genre-defying career.
Jean-Cosme has shot the movie in the USA and in Europe, revisiting places and people who played a role Carl Craigs immpressive career, including Laurent Garnier, DJ Minx, Kenny Larkin, Roni Size and Jon Dixon.

This is JCDe Productions 7th full length documentary. Earlier films include the tragic-comic “Harley” (2021, https://www.jcdeproductions.com/latest-film) and the true crime drama “Stray Bullet” (2018, https://www.jcdeproductions.com/stray-bullet).

But, says Jean-Cosme, this is the big one with a big premiere and a major release ahead.
